Many migrations include some redesign work too, the amount is really up to you and reflected in which tier fits best.
Some temporary fluctuation is normal with any site move, that's true even for a flawless migration, since Google needs time to recrawl and reprocess your new site. What actually determines how quickly things stabilize is how carefully the redirects and technical details are handled. We map every page individually and monitor closely after launch, so any dip is as brief as possible, rather than becoming a lasting drop.
